In 2024, TGSI successfully delivered its first AI-enabled project, marking an important milestone in its technology services portfolio. The project involved the development of a web-based Tracking Solution designed to improve the monitoring, management, and tracking of information and business activities.
The solution was built using a low-code development platform, enabling rapid application delivery, flexibility, and efficient customization to meet business requirements. To further enhance operational efficiency, the platform integrated Generative AI endpoints into application workflows, enabling intelligent automation, content processing, contextual recommendations, and streamlined decision-making across key business processes.
By combining low-code technology with Generative AI capabilities, the solution reduced manual effort, accelerated processing times, and provided users with real-time visibility into tracked information and activities. This project demonstrated TGSI’s ability to leverage emerging AI technologies to deliver innovative and practical business solutions.
