Queue Ready (QR) Code Privacy Policy

Tsukiden Global Solutions Inc. (“we” or “us” or “our”) built the Queue Ready Application (the “Application”) as an Ad Supported application. This Application is provided by us at no cost and is intended for use as is.

We respect the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Application. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

The information we may collect via the Application depends on the features you use, and includes:

1. Personal Data

Personally identifiable information including, but not limited to, Name, Address and Contact Number that you voluntarily give to us when you use the Generate QR Code or Scan QR Code feature of the Application or any of its updates.

2. Location Information

Location-based information specifically where and also when the QR Code was scanned for notification and monitoring purposes.

MOBILE DEVICE PERMISSIONS

This Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access certain features from the user’s mobile device.

By default, these permissions must be granted by the user before it can be accessed. Once the permission or consent has been given, it can be revoked or disabled by the user at any time in the Settings of his/her device. Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of this Application.

If user grants any of the permissions listed below, the respective data may be processed by this Application.

1. Camera Permission

Used for accessing the camera on the user’s device for QR Code scanning purposes.

2. Contacts Permission

Used for accessing contacts on the user’s device for selection and auto-fill purposes in the Generate QR Code form.

3. Storage Permission

Used for saving of downloaded daily scan report on the user’s device.

THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISERS

We use Google’s AdMob advertising service and show personalized ads within this Application to finance our development where the Application is provided free of charge. Advertisers do not have access to your personal information, unless you give your consent.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

The information disclosed or freely given in this Application, necessary for QR generation, monitoring and notification, shall be used and protected in accordance with and shall be subject to the compliance of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We wish to assure you that we do not and will not disclose and/or sell the gathered or collected personal data to any third parties.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

RETENTION PERIOD

Your personal information shall be retained for as long as the purpose for which it was collected (notification and monitoring) remains in effect until such time as it is no longer required nor necessary to keep your information.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this screen periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this screen.
